Computer World is a printed magazine covering everything related to IT, computers, network security, and hardware and software technology. From its launch in 2014 as a digital publication, it has recorded very high visitor volumes, reaching – at press time – over 5M visitors.
New mobile trends and software-specific questions (such as “how do I vlookup in Excel?”) represent the topics with more views within the digital publication.
Based on our advanced audience analysis, we advise contacting ComputerWorld for IT business services (particularly companies selling cloud-based services) and Crypto companies focused on a specific IT problem that could be solved with blockchain.

Apple’s iPhone has already replaced your wallet, keys, and flight tickets. Now in Utah, it is beginning to replace your driving license in a new pilot project. What is happening? The state is working on a mobile driving license (mDL) using a combination of technologies including NFC and QR codes as digital proof of ID. Holders of […] - Defining the digital workspace of the future 9 April, 2021
A while back, I wrote about a new company at the forefront of the cloud desktop effort — Cameyo, which has emerged as a better alternative to Citrix. It continues to impress, putting together a Digital Workspace Consortium focused on defining what the cloud office of the future should contain. It is an initial effort, and […] - The best Android apps for organizing your life 9 April 2021
Most of us juggle an immense amount of information these days — enough tasks, to-do’s, and scattered scraps of mental data to fill up a 40-gallon fish tank. (Imagine all those tiny little thought-fishies swimming around! Glub, glub, glub.)But guess what? Your tired ol’ noggin isn’t the only tool for keeping track of the […] - Windows 10 Insider Previews: A guide to the builds 8 April 2021
Microsoft never sleeps. In addition to its steady releases of major and minor updates to the current version of Windows 10, the company frequently rolls out public preview builds to members of its Windows Insider Program, allowing them to test out — and even help shape — upcoming features. Microsoft numbers Windows 10 releases using a […] - Podcast: Ranking Apple’s worst products of all time 8 April 2021
Apple has released its fair share of disappointing or frustrating products, and just last year, the company settled a lawsuit over allegedly slowing down older iPhone models. Macworld executive editor Michael Simon and Computerworld executive editor Ken Mingis join Juliet to break down their least favorite Apple products, from iPod accessories to TV remotes. They […] - Documents, an app for everything that’s always with you 8 April 2021
The pandemic has forced many mobile professionals to worry too much as they try to get things done outside the office. Do they have a VPN? Can they open that item with an app they already have? Can they connect to their cloud service securely and efficiently? Readdle’s improved Documents app may help with those issues. To read […]

How ComputerWorld can help your link-building strategy
There are different links; however, the best type is natural. And what that means is that you create great content. You generate this great content that the other blogs and websites can’t wait to link to, post something to your blog, and people start linking to it without doing anything. That is a sign of very high-quality content. Natural links don’t necessarily happen until you have a certain level of popularity.
The next type of link is outreach when you ask for links. An excellent way to ask is to explain why your content is valuable for their audience. So you can send an outreach email and say, “Hey, I just wrote this blog post; I know that your site is looking for a similar topic I think your audience might find useful would you go ahead and link to it?” That is a great way to ask.
You don’t always get the link and will probably get a few, but those count highly. Doing outreach is a great way to start building links, especially when you’re new and I don’t have much popularity yet. Outreach is a beautiful way to acquire natural links in their appearance, but you ask for them instead of getting them without asking.
Above, you can find the list of editors working in Computer World Editors. You can contact them and pitch your product so that they might feature you or your brand in their publications.
